Study On The Vitality Of Community Parks Based On The Demands Of Tourists

As an important component of the urban green space system,urban community park becoming the most frequently used type of urban green space in residents' daily life,because of its' close to home,convenient use features.Compared to other types of urban green space,Community Park reflects higher leisure recreational value,accordingly,the residents also put forward deeper requirements of the urban community park.However,due to lack of planning and construction and deficiency of management and maintenance,resulting in many community parks lack of users,people stay very short time,the public service facilities useless,namely lack of vitality.In this paper,we study the vitality of the community park to based on the theory of environmental behavior,take the needs of residents in the community as the starting point,combined with the macro environment and the built environment of the community park,to explore the construction of community park landscape of rich vitality.Nanjing city have many abundant types community parks,and dynamic situation quite different,the study has a certain practical significance.In this paper,chose five typical community park in Nanjing to study through the field research,they are South Lake Park,ZhengHe Park,DongShuiguan Site Park,HeXi central Park,MingYuhe Park.Firstly,this paper determined the two dimensions of quantitative research of community park vatility and appropriate evaluation program were developed,and using the evaluation model to carry out case study of the object of study,discusses the correlation between the two dimensions,and puts forward the thinking of urban community park vitality shape strategy.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)Concludes the research background,the domestic and foreign related research trends,issues related to the concept,vitality quantitative assessment methods and the two dimensions of research:the vitality of external representations and the environment.Combined with a large number of literature research,the evaluation of the vitality of urban community park was made from two dimensions respectively.(2)Describes the selection principle,five research object is determined through the investigation on the spot,vitality index of the research object was evaluated from the dimensions of dynamic external representation,and analyzed the vitality situation of the study object,dynamism spatial distribution,activity patterns of crowd behavior.(3)Using principal component analysis(pca)to construct the community park dynamic evaluation system from the dynamic dimension of the environment,qualitative and quantitative analysis the vitality of the community park landscape value,verify the feasibility of the evaluation system through the community park landscape vitality example in Nanjing,and explores the relationship between the two evaluation dimensions of evaluation results,and proposed countermeasures for the optimization of Nanjing city community park vitality construction.(4)Proposes several urban community park vitality shaping strategy,summarizes the results of the article and prospects.Through quantitative research of Nanjing city community park vitality,The results of these studies has guiding significance for the construction and sustainable development of community park landscape vitality in new period.
