Research On Architectural Design Of Rehabilitation Hospital Based On Patients' Behavioral And Psychological Needs

In recent years,with the gradual deepening of aging and the improvement of economic and living standards,China's rehabilitation demand is gradually expanding.Rehabilitation medicine in our country has made great progress since the beginning of1980 s,but there is still a big gap compared with foreign countries.Many established rehabilitation facilities still have many shortcomings.The current design is only to meet the functional use,far from meeting the psychological needs of patients.The simple and rough rehabilitation environment makes patients in mechanical training,leading to the physical and mental recovery not be maximized.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the behavioral and psychological needs of patients through basic theoretical research,at the same time,through field case study to find and summarize the manifestation of the behavioral and psychological needs in the building space of rehabilitation hospital.According to the results of theoretical research and field research,taking behavioral psychological needs as the entry point,this paper puts forward the targeted design strategy for the architectural space of rehabilitation hospital,in order to optimize the medical environment of rehabilitation hospital and provide references for practical engineering projects.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which firstly introduces the research background and the research status at home and abroad,and then defines the research category and elaborates the purpose and significance of the research;The second chapter is the part of basic theory research,which analyses the medical behavior needs and psychological needs of rehabilitation patients,and constructs the relationship between behavioral psychological needs and building space;The third chapter is an analysis of the characteristics of rehabilitation hospital buildings.Firstly,the systematic analysis of rehabilitation hospitals is carried out,and the treatment process is compared with that of general hospitals.Then,the main rehabilitation space of patients in rehabilitation hospitals is mainly introduced,which paves the way for the specific research contents in the fourth chapter.The fourth chapter is the case study analysis and summary.Through field investigation of 8 hospitals,the streamline planning and the current use of rehabilitation space are summarized and analyzed.The fifth chapter is the design strategy of rehabilitation hospital building space,based on the the problems found in the survey,including process planning,rehabilitation assessment and training space,nursing unit,public space,outdoor rehabilitation landscape environment and so on.
