Nowadays,Chinese economy is developing at a rapid speed,and the quality of people's life is advancing by leaps and bounds,so the requirements for the urban infrastructures have become higher and higher.As an intensive,modern,scientific and sustainable large-scale engineering project,the underground pipe gallery is an important part of the urban infrastructures.It integrates various municipal pipelines such as electricity,gas,water supply and drainage and communication,which solves the serious problem of “road zipper”.It makes rationally use of the underground space,improves the city ' s appearance,enhances the urban functions and also promotes the sustainable development of the city,which have significant environmental and social benefits.In developed countries such as Germany,England,France and Japan,the underground pipe gallery has been widely developed and applied,and the system is becoming more and more perfect and the scale is growing more and more large.However,in China,only a few developed cities such as Shanghai,Beijing,Shenyang and Shenzhen have built underground pipe galleries.The construction of underground pipe galleries has still been in the initial stage of development.Therefore,developing the underground pipe gallery construction has become a major task of Chinese modernization.Now China already has the mature construction technology of the underground pipe gallery,but for various reasons the post-operation management is still not perfect.After the completion of the underground pipe gallery project,the operation period can last for tens to hundreds of years.During this period,many operational management organizations are involved,and the internal environment of the pipe gallery is complex,and there are many pipelines and pipeline units,so there exist many uncertain risk factors.Therefore,it is necessary to identify and analyze the risks and also propose risk control measures during the operation period of the underground pipe gallery project.This paper is related to this issue.This paper intends to find a more effective and reasonable method suitable for the operational risk evaluation of Chinese underground pipe gallery by identifyingvarious risk factors in the operation period of the underground pipe gallery project.The specific research contents are as follows: After researching for various risk identification and risk evaluation methods,this paper combines the literature research method,the risk broken structure method and the expert investigation method to identify the risk factors of the underground pipe gallery project,on this basis,the risk evaluation index system is established.And then the AHP method and the entropy weight method are combined to determine the weight of the risk index,and the gray clustering method is used to comprehensively evaluate the risk,finally the risk level is determined.Taking the L-city underground pipe gallery project as an example,this paper analyzes the risk of the project based on the established risk evaluation index system and risk evaluation method model.It also determines the size of each risk factor indicator and the comprehensive risk level in the operation period of the L-city underground pipe gallery project,and proposes some relevant countermeasures on this basis.And then put forward countermeasures and opinions on the large risks that may occur during the operation period.Through the actual case analysis,the evaluation model of this paper proves to be effective,and it has a certain reference function for the operational risk assessment of underground pipe gallery project.
