Research On The Adaptability Of China's Whole Life Cycle Under The Background Of Rapid Urbanization

With the growth of urbanization and the improvement of citizens' quality of life,the housing industry in China has prospered in recent years.However,the development of housing industry has brought about some problems,including diversified social demands and industry uniformity.Given the increasing gaps among different social classes,diversified demands become a key characteristic in the housing industry.Therefore,reforms of the housing industry are highly needed.The whole life-cycle housing,originated from Japan,may be a good example which can be applied in China's housing industry.The concepts,approaches,and strategies of the whole life cycle housing accommodate the current situations in China.This article tries to analyze the concept,connotation,method,strategy and research of the whole life cycle housing,combining with the current situation of our country to analyze its adaptability,and through case analysis to draw useful strategies and methods for the current development of residential space in China.There are five chapters in the thesis.The first chapter is the basic part of the thesis.It mainly describes the research background,the purpose and significance of the research in theory and practice,collates the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods and the framework of the paper.The second chapter firstly introduces the concept,origin,practice and characteristics of life cycle housing,then summarizes the characteristics of urbanization in China,and analyzes the impact of these characteristics on China's housing industry.Finally,the paper compares the whole life cycle housing with the traditional housing in the context of urbanization in China,and discusses the adaptability of the whole life cycle housing in the context of rapid urbanization in China.The third chapter is the core of the paper,aiming at the current situation of the development of China's residential industry,put forward the construction strategy of the whole life cycle housing in China.The design puts forward the corresponding strategies from the aspects of layout,household type,support and filling,equipment and theme,and Chinese tradition;puts forward the corresponding strategies from the aspects of parts,standardization and integration in production;and puts forward the strategies from the aspects of form,mechanism and aging in household participation.In order to guide the whole life cycle housing in theory,it has been well promoted and applied.The fourth chapter is the case analysis,mainly through Jinan "Tomorrow House 2" case analysis,to demonstrate the adaptability of the whole life cycle housing to China's current situation.And synthesize the relevant completed cases from the design,construction,household experience point of view to guide the construction of the whole life cycle housing in practice.The last chapter draws a conclusion and forecasts the future of the whole life cycle housing.
