China has put forward a series of policy reform requirements for rural development and construction.Today,under the "rural revitalization strategy",more and more forces are devoted to rural construction.Rural housing is the most important and most basic in rural construction,making every rural family a place for daily life.However,due to the lack of in-depth understanding of the actual use of rural houses by residential designers,the design is in a high hall,and it is difficult to apply to the living habits of rural residents.Therefore,the study is based on the motivation of rural residents to relocate from old houses to new houses under the changing life,focusing on the actual use of residential space and the continuation and changes of living behaviors of rural residents before and after the relocation,and discussing the application of current farmers The rural residential design strategy based on demand has practical and important significance for continuing the traditional living habits in rural residential and adapting to the emerging needs developed by rural residents due to life changes.This study takes Zhangjiawan Village before the relocation and Hong’an China Resources Hope Village after the relocation as the objects.The full text is divided into four parts: The introduction introduces the research background,research objects and significance,domestic and foreign literature review and theoretical basis,and research methods.The first chapter investigates and analyzes the residential space form,the villagers’ residential space usage and living behavior in Zhangjiawan Village before the relocation.By discussing the composition and evolution of the residential space built by the villagers,using field investigation methods such as observation records and household surveys,and using the method of examination and learning to conduct detailed analysis,study the actual use of residential space before the relocation,and the various aspects of residential space.space usage.The second chapter investigates and researches the changes of residential space and living behavior in Hong’an China Resources Hope Village after the relocation.This paper introduces the residential design of the new town and compares the changes in the living space before and after the relocation.Through field investigation methods such as observation records and household interviews,based on the later examination of the current study,the actual investigation of the newly built rural houses is carried out,and the residents’ evaluation of each space is carried out.Research on the way of use and life behavior;The third chapter,combined with the evaluation and demand of the rural residents for the new houses,reveals the actual needs of the residential space and the changes of the living behavior of the rural residents by comparing the use of the residential space before and after the relocation,and proposes the optimization of the rural residential design based on the changes of life.Strategy.The main body of the thesis is about 66,000 words,the appendices are about 3,000 words,162 attached drawings and 17 attached tables.
