So how to make the affordable housing more adaptable to the needs of the residents constantly within the limited construction age? It is a new topic of research and speculation in the field of design.With the development of the society, the improve ment of the living quality, the change of the householder and living demand, everything above will inevitably influence on the housing originally design. If you want to make the existing housing design catch up with the demand of different tenants, you have to improve the flexibility, regulatory and adaptability of the space design. We should not only take the demand of resident into account, the future living demand is also very important to the design. The architects will reduce the difficulty and the unnecessary wastes of the space reform in the future if they develop the suitable of the house at the beginning of the design.According to the regional characteristics of Nanning affordable housing, ummarizing the domestic and foreign advanced cases and combining the design with the actual project cases, we can design more flexible plane. The goal of this article is very clear.
