Research On The Establishment Of Overseas Materials Purchasing Companies By Energy Oriented State-owned Enterprises Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the continuous development and deepening of the current market economy,energy oriented state-owned enterprises pay more attention to the importance of material purchase to management cost management of enterprises.Faced with many problems faced by the procurement of imported materials,the establishment of overseas procurement companies can optimize the procurement process,reduce the cost of material purchase and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.First of all,this paper analyzes the status of the purchase of imported materials in energy state-owned enterprises and puts forward the advantages of establishing overseas materials purchasing companies.Secondly,combined with international trade,material purchase management and domestic foreign enterprise procurement theory research results,it lists the influencing factors of KPI index of overseas purchase companies of energy oriented state-owned enterprises.Then,the weight of each factor is allocated by analytic hierarchy process.By setting up and establishing a sorting order for overseas materials purchasing companies,we can establish overseas sourcing companies.Finally,combined with the establishment of overseas materials purchasing management situation and put forward suggestions on China's energy oriented state-owned enterprises overseas procurement company development.
