Design And Research Of The Home Elevator

The villa elevator is a highly customized passenger transport equipment for private families.With the rapid development of China's real estate industry and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,villa elevator will have more and more broad market space.The highly customized,comfort and safety as the main appeal had becoming a new trend of elevator design.Oriented by the customer demand of the villa,according to the existing ordinary elevator design and manufacturing experience,the design of the mini elevator for the villa had been completed.Combined with the characteristics of the villa building and the existing technology,the well-way layout scheme was designed specifically.Especially,the structural scheme design and calculation of traction system,cage system and weight balance system were carried out.It provides a good mechanical foundation for the stable,quiet and safe operation of the elevator.The design of electric drive system was completed with the goal of energy saving,environmental protection and high reliability,including the hardware circuit design of traction machine,door machine,main control PLC system and the design and selection of main components,the PLC control program was compiled,debugged and simulated to ensure that the elevator operation meets the requirements of villa.Based on the ANSYS platform,the static analysis of the car frame of the elevator in the many condition structure had been carried out.The rationality of the frame structure design had been evaluated and optimized,the light weight design of the upper beam had been completed also.The results of modal analysis about the load-bearing beam of the car frame show that the part with larger deformation stress and its natural frequency.It would provide theoretical support to avoid structural resonance in the process of design,manufacture and maintenance.In the meantime,it also would improve the safety performance of elevator.This project had combine the traditional experience with the modern design method to design a mini elevator.The design idea would have strong practical and reference value.
