With the popularization and the increasing demand of elevators,elevator technology and the safety of elevator system ha ve been paid more and more attention.Slip is not only an important indicator for evaluating the traction capacity of elevators,but also the main performance of traction wheel wear failure.Once the slip phenomenon occurs,it will affect the transmission efficiency and safety of the elevator,and even the top or squa t will occur,causing serious safety accidents.However,current standards and safety technical specifications have not proposed the explicit slip quantitative detection method and failure standard.At present,there is no quantitative analysis of the slip mechanism in the domestic and foreign studies,and there is little research on the limit failure value of slip.Therefore,in the routine maintenance and inspection process,it is a big problem that,a scientific inspection judgment is made on the slippage to ensure that the elevator will not be caused by the excessive slippage caused by the reduction of the traction capacity within a test period Security incident.This paper takes slip as the research object,and adopts mechanical analysis,field test and virtual prototype simulation to study elevator slip mechanism and failure.The main research and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,Analysis of slip mechanism of elevator traction system.According to the conditions to be satisfied by the traction capacity,the main cause of slip is determined to be the load and the traction wheel wear.Through the elastic theory,the quantitative relationship between elastic slip and load is determined.Based on mechanical analysis and traction test,the quantitative relationship between slip and load,slip and traction wheel wear is established respectively;The sag depth of the traction wheel and the value of the lower cut angle obtained in the wear test have the greatest influence on the traction ability,which is the main performance of the traction wheel wear and lays the foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,slippage measurement and failure analysis of elevator traction system.Use the self-made rotary encoder slip detection device to collect the slip during the actual test.At the elevator experiment base,use cutting to get different wear conditions of the traction wheel,and conducts no-load,rated load and full-load traction tests to obtain the slip failure value of this type of traction wheel.Perform traction tests on three elevators of the same model with different wear states in a community.Due to safety issues,only no-load tests are possible.Therefore,it can only be determined that the elevator determined by the maintenance personnel as requiring the replacement of the traction sheave did not exhibit abnormal conditions such as squat bottom during the no-load test.The slip is 4.17 mm,but the slip failure value cannot be known in the noload test,and further research is needed.Finally,failure analysis of elevator traction system based on kinematics simulation.ADAMS software is used to build the traction system simulation model,and the steel wire rope model is established by the rotating pair,which reflects the flexible characteristics of the steel wire rope.Taking the test elevator of a community as the modeling object,carry out the simulation test of no-load,rated load and full load,use Soild Works to continuously increase the size of the rope groove wear of the traction wheel until the squat bottom appears in the simulation process,and the slip failure value is obtained,which provides a basis for the wear failure of the traction wheel.In summary,by studying the slip mechanism,the relationship model between the slip and the wear and load is determined.Through the established slip amount acquisition device and kinematics simulation model,the failure analysis of the traction wheel is performed to quantitatively analyze the relationship between the slip amount and the wear failure of the traction wheel.This provides a new idea for scientifically judging the failure of the traction wheel,helps to replace the traction wheel reasonably,save costs,and guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the traction system.
