With the rapid development of the global economy, the number of high-rise buildings are growing up fast, high-speed traction elevator satisfy the needs of the efficient use of high-rise buildings. But the improvement of speed and stroke exacerbate the vibration of elevators, the vibration has an important impact on the comfort and safety of high-speed traction elevator, therefore, analysis of the vibration characteristics of the elevator is particularly important.This paper build high-speed traction elevator mechanical system modelings,obtain the natural frequencies of the high-speed traction elevator mechanical system in different conditions,and simulate the vibration characteristics of the elevators rolling guide shoes and damping rubber of side portions of the car, this provide a basis for the vibration reducing designing of high-speed traction elevator system.The main contents are as follows:(1) Analyses the causes of high-speed traction elevator vibration from the structure and composition, analyses the vibration response characteristics of mechanical systems in the hoistway by the modal analysis, which provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of the natural frequencies of the high-speed traction elevator mechanical system in different conditions.(2)Considering the discrete situation of the rope,establish elevator vertical vibration modeling, based on the discretization of the running of the elevator car,establishes vertical vibration model of 19 degree-of-freedom; when changes the weight of the car and the car position in the hoistway,obtain the natural frequency of the high-speed traction elevator mechanical system by modal analysis.(3)Considering the influence of rolling guide shoe and the motion characteristics of the elevator in the horizontal direction,based on the interaction of rolling guide shoe and rail, derives the radial dynamic model of the rolling guide shoe,8 degree-of-freedom vibration model of high-speed traction elevator in the horizontal direction is established,analyses the vibration characteristics of the elevator in the horizontal direction(4)The horizontal simulation model of high-speed traction elevator was built by MATLAB/SIMULINK.And the change curve of vibration displacement, velocity and acceleration versus time was analyzed. Besides, it was analyzed by simulation that rolling guide shoe spring and the side of the car damping rubber stiffness had an effect on the level vibration of the elevator, which provided the basis for the anti-vibration damping of the high-speed traction elevator.
