The domestic car has been very popular, in China, with the growth of national economy and the improvement of people's living standard. But, the parking problem has became a social problem to curb people's desire of the car and reduced the quality of people's life. To promote the construction of the stereo garage is an effective way to solve this problem, especially in the crowded cities. And lifting and sliding stereo garage is the most widely used and the highest share rate in the market of the garage, currently and in the future, for its simple structure and low cost. However, in the practical environment, it also exposes the problems, caused by the large number of moving parts, such as high failure rate, high cost of equipment investment, large amount of late maintenance workload and complicated control.A new kind of lifting and sliding stereo garage was designed, which is based on the common hydraulic drive, after consulting a large number of literatures. A common hydraulic drive vehicle access device, based on electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, was designed, simplifying the structure, reducing the hydraulic components, and using CAN bus distributed control system to realize the garage control. The main works were included in the thesis:The overall design of lifting and sliding stereo garage with common hydraulic drive was realizing, and the design ideas was established, from the garage mechanical structure, hydraulic driving system, electrical control system. The design of the garage mechanical structure, train sliding support and sharing lifting parking device was realizing, realizing exchange principle of vehicle access mode based on the comb, checking the strength of key parts by SolidWorks software. The design of hydraulic drive system based on electro hydraulic proportional control was realized, using variable structure throttle speed control technology to complete drive speed regulation. The design of electric control system based on CAN bus was realized, realized the each function node of CAN bus hardware circuit, application layer protocol and software, giving the algorithm flow of the whole operation of the garage.Based on the most common application of lifting and sliding stereo garage, currently, the design of the common hydraulic driven parking structure was realizing, reducing the quantity of the garage and the number of the hydraulic components, simplifying the control requirements. The research has certain engineering application value.
