Research On Risk Management Of Electricity Tariff In A Development Zone

Electric power industry is a monopoly industry,its operating conditions mainly depends on the electricity,so the security risk of electricity is directly related to the economic benefits of power supply enterprises.A development zone is responsible for the electricity supply in the area of electricity management.In recent years,the A development zone economy has developed rapidly,which has changed from the original rural residential area into the downtown area of the city.Electricity growth A Development Zone,also greatly increased electricity arrears.Simply rely on the previous electricity after the first pay,has been unable to adapt to the current form.Therefore,how to control the risk of electricity security in A Development Zone has become the main research topic of the power supply in the A development zone.This paper firstly introduces the A Development Zone and its power supply,and analyzes the current situation of the electricity management in the A development zone.Based on the current situation of the management of electricity tariff in the development zone of A,and the results of interviews with the experts,the five main problems of electricity management in A development zone are summarized.According to the current situation and main problems of electricity management in A development area,the design of the questionnaire,using the questionnaire to identify the electricity security risk,determine the six kinds of internal risk and two kinds of external risks.Using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the risk of electricity safety and to determine the four main risk of electricity safety risk,customer credit system risk missing,electricity billing model risk,early warning to prevent the risk of lack of mechanism,electricity workers lack of legal awareness of the wind risks.In view of the main risks,first,the risk control measures,the application of credit rating,and resolutely implement the purchase of electric power system,the establishment of a rapid response mechanism for electricity security warning,and enhance the legal awareness of power supply personnel.Then set up the risk safeguard measure,establishes the electricity tariff security risk internal control system,constructs the good relation network,enlarges the network propaganda.
