Research On Internal Risk Management Of A Auto Finance Company Under The Background Of Financial Risk Prevention And Control

With the development of financial sector,our country's financial products grow fast.As an important part of finance,auto finance gain great progress.However,the risk increase in high speed.Some auto finance companies have experienced difficulties such as bad debt,inferior distributor,limited operating models,and inexperienced employee,which have become threats of these enterprises.Once these problem breaks out,it will become comprehensive financial risk.At the same time,in order to avoid systemic financial risks,national financial regulatory authorities have introduced series of measurements,which will control financial industry's operational risk.Since our country's auto finance companies appears for not a long time,so that few research in this field.This article will focused on financial risk prevention based on analyse of A company.The common problems in risk control field will be studied and suggestions on risk management will be put forward.Thesis foundation elaborates based on the concept of automobile finance and financial risk.Based on A company' situation,the factors which may cause financial risks are analyzed.Problems in five aspects such as operating mode,risk management awareness,distributor control mode,human resource allocation and post-loaning are summarized.Then,the proposal was proposed from five aspects such as constructing information system,managing distributor,implementing risk predicting and transferring,starting collection after loan and strengthening human resource allocation.The conclusions of this study provide suggestions not only for A company but also for all auto finance company similar to A Company improving risk management ability and management capabilities.
