Implementation And Evaluation Of The "Five On One" Synergy Mechanism For An Electric Power Supply Company Based On CMM

Effective integration of information systems and enterprise management coordination mechanism is an inevitable process of enterprise development,the demand for a cross-regional,multi-level,multi-service large central enterprise is particularly evident.It will not only improve enterprise information systems,but also innovate management operating systems.It will also greatly improve operational efficiency,reduce unnecessary losses and waste.However,due to various historically unresolved issues,unbalanced economic development,local policies and systems,large differences in the quality of personnel and other reasons,many large central enterprises cannot be performed synergistically with government departments,other companies,even within various departments of their own enterprise.This results in significant cost and management inefficiency.Based on this phenomenon,the construction of large central enterprises synergy mechanisms is studied here,providing a good basis for the development of cooperative construction and evaluation of enterprises.Based on a provincial electric power company as the research object,and the company "Five On One" synergy mechanism construction implementation as the main line,this paper introduces the "Five On One" synergy mechanism of personalized construction process in detail.According to the analysis results of business system and field work research,the effects of the process implementation has been evaluated on multiple aspects such as power grid construction,operations and maintenance,marketing services and human resources.However,currently it is impossible to evaluate effectively and precisely the maturity of the schedule of the "Five On One"synergy mechanism implementation?the progress of project flow.the combination of the mechanism elements with new technology.According to the situation of the construction and the results of performance analysis,the CMM evaluation model is built specially for large-scale power grid enterprises.By applying the evaluation model,the maturity of the provincial electric power company "Five On One" synergy mechanism is analyzed systematically and the existing problems of the current synergy mechanism are summarized.The result of the analysis thorough research put forward an optimized plan,combined with the development of new technology.This work,based on the actual case,provides an improved scheme of synergy mechanism for large-scale state-owned enterprises,and gives the corresponding evaluation model and the improvement direction.
