At present,China's residential construction is developing rapidly from traditional construction methods to assembly.China has been researching on the fabricated structure for several decades,and it has a relatively complete production design flow line in the research of fabricated architectural design.However,the decoration of the prefabricated house is almost blank,not only lack of construction experience,but also lack of theoretical basis.In the prefabricated interior,the kitchen appears as a separate part and can be used as a separate part in a variety of suitable units.The assembly features a required feature: the entire life cycle of the building.Realize the whole life cycle of the building,that is,realize the rapid assembly of the building,the monitoring of the use process,and the reasonable demolition and recycling of the building.These processes must be assisted by BIM,which is the basic element of a complete assembly.BIM technology and prefabricated buildings show the combination of two arms,which is a tool for the long-term development of fabricated buildings.However,BIM technology has not been well developed in China,and even few users.The article takes the assembly house as the entry point,takes the assembly interior as the research base,and takes the kitchen parts in the assembled interior system as the research object.Through investigation and research,it optimizes and designs the enclosure structure of the assembled kitchen.The kitchen interior system was upgraded.In the design of the integrated kitchen design,the kitchen enclosure design contains almost all the contents of other space-assembled interiors,so the assembly interior also takes up a large part of the article.At the end of the paper,the research results of a whole kitchen are obtained.Therefore,the paper is divided into three key points:kitchen design,assembly interior improvement,and BIM technology exploration.The design of the kitchen function is the soul of the solution,the assembly interior is the way to realize the solution,and the BIM technology is the auxiliary software.Therefore,the core content of this paper is divided into two parts: research findings and research strategies.Through the research on the domestic and foreign materials related to the assembled interior,the common techniques and common materials of the assembled interior are obtained,and the existing technologies are optimized and optimized based on the actual operation.Through the investigation of domestically builtprojects,we found the problems and shortcomings of domestic assembled interiors,and solved the problems,making the assembled interior more reasonable.In the paper,improvements are proposed for various aspects of the assembled kitchen,including improvements to the wall,floor,ceiling and water heating in the assembled interior,as well as strategies for improving the cabinet structure in the kitchen.,improvement strategies for kitchen streamlines,etc.In addition,through the practical research and questionnaire on BIM application in the current construction market,the paper explores the reasons why BIM is blocked in China,and uses the corresponding strategy to explore a suitable BIM software for the transition period,which will make BIM technology popular in the interior decoration field.And development.At the end of the paper,the design results were presented in the form of BIM,focusing on the application of the innovations.The BIM technology and kitchen used in the exhibition are the results of this paper.
