Research On BIM-based Integrated Decoration Design Of Assembled Residential Buildings

In recent years,because of its advantages of high construction efficiency,low environmental pollution and good building quality,assembled residential buildings have attracted wide attention and have been vigorously promoted in new buildings in China.However,due to the immature production technology conditions and insufficient research in related fields,there are many problems in the decoration of assembled residential buildings.At present,the traditional decoration method is still used in the decoration of assembled houses,which integrates the characteristics of waste of manpower and financial resources,pollution and loss of freedom of traditional decoration.At the same time,it fails to give full play to the advantages of assembled houses.On the other hand,the development of computer technology and the use of BIM information technology provide methods and support for the design of building life cycle,but there is still a lack of in-depth research and application in decoration.In view of the above problems,this paper will put forward the BIM-based integrated design of assembly residential building decoration,mainly launching the following aspects of work:1.Through the investigation of domestic and foreign assembly housing,housing decoration and assembly decoration,it is found that domestic assembly housing and decoration are still in the primary stage,there is no complete industrial chain,and there is no design method for assembly housing decoration.2.Through questionnaires and on-the-spot investigations,we find out various problems existing in assembled dwelling houses at this stage and the higher demands of consumers for dwelling houses.In view of these problems,we put forward corresponding solutions.3.On the basis of investigation,the design method and design principle ofassembled residential decoration are put forward,and the design aspects of different systems and systems are studied,which provides the basis and reference for the design of assembled residential decoration.4.Research and Analysis on the concrete structure of the assembled residential decoration,put forward improvement and solutions to the problems that may arise and have arisen in various parts and components,and further increase the advantages of the assembled decoration by means of modularization and variability,so as to avoid wet operation.5.Using BIM means to complete the building of modular Library of parts,and combining with the actual case of assembled housing,it has reference significance for the design and construction of assembled housing.
