Suzhou High-tech Zone Outshushuguan Town Characteristic Rural Rural Planning Research

The countryside is not only a traditional agricultural production area and a gathering edge of farmers,but also has multiple values and functions such as economy,society,culture and ecology.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic plan made by the CPC central committee and a major task of building the "strong,rich,beautiful and high" new jiangsu province.After years of unremitting efforts,rural construction and development in jiangsu province has been stepped up to a new level and the environment has been significantly improved.Jiangsu province launched the construction action of characteristic rural areas in jiangsu province in June 2017,and issued the action plan for the construction of characteristic rural areas in jiangsu province.This work has become the effective grasp of the new practice of "strong,rich,beautiful and high" in the work of "three rural areas".However,the planning contents and depth of some characteristic rural and rural planning projects that have been compiled and completed vary from each other,and there is a lack of relevant specifications and design requirements,which is worth discussing in many aspects.The planning method and content of characteristic rural villages have become the hot spot of industry theory research.In view of these problems,this paper analyzed relevant theories and practices of rural planning at home and abroad,combined with the requirements of building featured rural villages,summarized the purpose,principles and main planning contents of the planning of featured rural villages,and expounded the corresponding planning and design methods on the main contents.Select XuShuGuan town in suzhou high-tech zone as the research object,detailed combing the positioning of urban natural environment and resources,urban development and historical heritage resources,such as focus from natural view,historical heritage,the local context,industry potential and landscape elements such as characteristic elements of the XuShuGuan countryside,this paper summarized current situation of the development of rural and status quo of the existing problems are put forward.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper discusses in suzhou high-tech zone XuShuGuan town characteristic rural village planning and the corresponding design method,the specific content of the hope can through the study of characteristics of rural village planning,lead to industry management and design personnel of the hot issues of thinking,in order to other characteristics of rural village planning and provide valuable reference to the research on theory and ideas..
