This article investigates the related aspects of dew point evaporative cooling chillers.First of all,through previous research,we have concluded that there are different forms of evaporative cooling chillers,and they are classified and summarized,and the main parameters of the analysis of performance impact,design zoning,connection form,and high temperature cold water effluent characterization temperature.Secondly,analyze and summarize the research status of evaporative cooling chillers at home and abroad,divide the dry areas in China according to the existing norms and standards,and perform statistics on the available forms of evaporative cooling chillers,and perform thermal calculations on evaporative cooling chillers.Summary analysis.Then analyze and summarize the actual engineering case test data of 9evaporative cooling chillers,and obtain the relationship between the unit’s output cold water temperature and the dew point temperature corresponding to the outdoor air meteorological parameters,and obtain the cold water temperature in the sub-humid bulb temperature range.In general,the difference between the cold water temperature and the dew point temperature of the outdoor air is in the range of 3-4℃,and is lower than the corresponding dew point temperature.The effluent cooling water chiller outlet temperature is normally maintained at 14-20℃.Between the ranges,in line with the requirements of the chiller outlet water temperature in the dry area.Different primary and secondary air ratios have a greater influence on the indirect segment efficiency.Generally secondary air volume/primary air volume is 0.6-0.8.The energy consumption of the evaporative cooling chiller evaluation system uses COP=sensible heat/chiller taken by the chiller.Power consumption is analyzed.Finally,the experimental prototype of a tube-tube evaporative cooling chiller and a dew-point evaporative cooling chiller experimental prototype were designed.The plate-tube evaporative cooling chiller was designed to have a water flow of 22m3/h.The overall dimensions were:length*width*High 3800*1500*4800 mm,in which the plate-tube indirect evaporative cooling section uses 2 air volume of 20000m3/h,which are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the unit.The primary air volume is40000m3/h,and the secondary exhaust fan volume is 40000m3./h(secondary/primary air ratio is 1:1),PVC wadding is used for the direct evaporative cooling section.The water supply tanks in each section of the unit are separated from each other to ensure separate operation.The single-side tube indirect evaporative cooler requires dimensions:length×width×height 1000*1435*1435mm,direct evaporative cooling section design:1500*1435*2900 mm.The new-generation dew-point evaporative cooling chiller is designed according to the conventional modularization method.The dimensions of the unit are length×width×height:2600*1500*2825mm.The dew point of the single module is designed as:600*600*1800 mm,direct evaporative cooling section.The design is:1160*1205*1470 mm.The board-tube prototype and the prototypes of the first two generations of dew point evaporative cooling chillers were testedseparatelytoanalyzetheeffectsofdifferentindirectsections,secondary/primary air volume ratios,circulating water volumes,and water distribution uniformity on the efficiency. |
