| In this thesis,the design and experimental study of the indirect evaporative cooling water chiller with single inlet riser for sports hall are carried out.In order to know the performance and problems of the water chiller in practical operation,the technical principle,experimental research,performance measurement,practical engineering application and performance prediction are studied respectively.And,the new dew point indirect evaporative cooling chiller air-conditioning system is used for actual engineering testing,and the main performance of the evaporative cooling equipment,import and export air parameters,in and out of the water temperature and indoor air parameters for the test and analysis,for large public buildings in dry areas after using this kind of air conditioning system provides the reference basis.Analysis of technical principle: the technical principle and operation mode of evaporative cooling air conditioning system used in a gymnasium in Xinjiang are described.The new terminal air supply outlet used in this system is arranged under the seats of the stadium audience area.The cold air can effectively function in the stadium audience area,providing a comfortable,sanitary and healthy environment for the stadium audience area,and avoiding the waste of cold energy.Experimental study: The design and experimental test of single inlet riser indirect evaporative cooling chiller were carried out.The test results show that the humidified bulb efficiency of the indirect section is higher than 60% under full operating conditions.At the same time,the cooling water efficiency of the unit is between 17%~30%;The water-side efficiency of the packed tower is between 50% and 65%.Windside cooling efficiency is between 30% and 55%;The average cooling amplitude of the unit is 4℃~8.6℃.The average depth of cold amplitude is 0.1℃~1.3℃ with good effect.Engineering application: the use of a novel dew point indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning system of a certain car showrooms in xinjiang are analyzed in the measured,during the running of air-conditioning system,the average outdoor environment temperature is 13.7 ℃,relative humidity 45.4% RH,the highest Average temperature of 17.2 ℃,relative humidity 49.5% RH,the lowest average temperature was 12.5 ° C,a relative humidity of40.7% RH.During the monitoring period,the accumulated power consumption of the air conditioning system was 1146 k Wh,and the power consumption of the air conditioning system was only 0.114 k Wh per square meter per day.Performance prediction: by BP neural network learning and prediction,for the dew point indirect evaporative cooling of water chiller performance prediction,the units in the outdoor design dry-bulb temperature 36.2 ℃,wet bulb temperature of 20.6 ℃,and in and out of the water temperature is 5 ℃ condition,the BP neural network to the exit water temperature prediction in 16.4 ~ 16.7 ℃,the range of the backwater temperature forecasts range from21.5 ~ 22.4 ℃;When the temperature difference between inlet and outlet water is 10℃,the predicted range of outlet water temperature of the unit is 17.1~17.9℃,and the predicted range of return water temperature is 27.1~28.7℃.Verification results show that the prediction results obtained by this method have high accuracy,and the absolute error is controlled within 1%. |
