The paper describes IT thermal environment requirements in data center and several forms of evaporative air conditioning, an gaelicizing typical projects case in the data center at home and abroad through mainly the air side of the direct an indirect evaporative air conditioning, meanwhile analysis and summary the advantages and applicability analysis of tube indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning technology for telecommunication stations, for example the Xi’an area tube indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning system introduce running mode and statistic the tube indirect evaporative cooling dry conditions and wet conditions alone running time.Addition, the actual project case is that evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration combined air conditioning unit used a data center in xi’an, by testing it run transition season. It obtained that indirect-direct two-stage evaporative cooling air conditioning temperature, relative humidity, and other performance parameters. The measurement shows that the efficiency of the indirect evaporative cooling is 58%, the efficiency of direct evaporative cooling is 86% and the efficiency of the indirect-direct two-stage evaporative cooling is 115%, then the fan and duct temperature load is up to24.28% total cooling load, fan and duct temperature must be taken into consideration the total cooling load affection of the system.Then, the fatigue measurement in fu zhou city of fu jian province one co., carried out on the air conditioning unit. Through test and calculation analysis concluded that: a best air volume ratio is 1.08, corresponding to the wet bulb efficiency is 91%; the best water spray density in best air volume ratio is 625 kg/(m.h); intermittent water supply time is refrigeration 15 s and ventilation is about 5 ~ 6 min; the density of water consumption index under best air volume ratio and the best water spray was 10.8 L/h; the capacity is7.6 kw, the effect comparing is 15.3. Results show that wet bulb efficiency of intersection dew point indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning approach 100%, achieving separate using of direct evaporative cooling effect, but also not increasing the air humidity ratio. The intersection of dew point indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning unit test in simulator room of the company in fu zhou city of fu jian province. Using of the method of comparison respectively1 kw or 2 kw only opening heat source and opening heat sourceat the same time opening the unit is measured. Two cases measure temperature and humidity distribution of equipment. The contrast analysis: opening the unit under the optimum air volume ratio, 2 kw heat source surface temperature drop is 8.9℃, basically ASHRAETC9.9 released the largest temperature and humidity of equipment drop 2.3 ℃,it meet 2 or 3 level of the environmental requirements; opening the unit Under the worst air volume ratio1, heat source shows that the maximum temperature drop is 2 or 3 ℃, the temperature and humidity of equipment meet 1 ~ 4 level of the electronic requirement.Finally, I improved the structure of the air conditioning unit, meanwhile, I proposed CRAC form and airflow direction for future research organizations combined.
