Research On Schedule Management Of Sanbo Water Plant Construction Project In Fangcheng Port

Progress management is an important means to achieve the project duration goals,and its main role is to enable the investment project construction to be delivered as scheduled.Poor management of project schedule will not only lead to overdue completion of the project,but also cause unnecessary economic losses.Therefore,progress management has become one of the three management objectives of project management.Adopting scientific project schedule management method for construction project schedule management,on the premise of ensuring the construction quality of construction project,can make the project construction cycle and investment cost become more balanced and effective.Therefore,it is very important to discuss and study the construction schedule management of construction project.How to ensure the construction safety,project quality and cost control,but also to ensure the overall goal of the project schedule,which is a very challenging research topic.This paper takes Sanbo Water Plant Project in Fangcheng Port as the research object,focusing on researching the schedule management condition of the engineering project during construction stage.According to the characteristics and features of engineering project construction of Sanbo Water Plant Project in Fangcheng Port,the problems of the construction project existing during the construction schedule management process are found out.Via applying related modern schedule management theory and knowledge,each kind of relevant factors which affect the construction process of Sanbo water plant of Fangcheng port are analyzed in depth so as to come up with scientific and effective solutions to supply reference basis for the schedule management for future similar projects.
