Research On A Company’s Procurement Process Optimization Based On Total Relationship Flow Management Theorems

The theory of total relationship flow management points out that organizational behavior is determined by the input flow of the organization and the relationship flow above the basic level of the organization(both collectively referred to as the total relationship flow).If managers want to obtain the desired organizational behavior or function,they need to design and maintain the overall relationship flow of organizational behavior.Compared with the traditional process management,the total relationship flow management theory accurate the relationship flow in the system to seven dimensions: T(time),P(part),L(level),C(content),A(amount),M(method)and D(delay),by optimizing the dimension of the inappropriate relationship flow,ensure that different process implementers can get the desired results.Procurement management is an important part of enterprise supply chain management.Reducing procurement costs and improving procurement efficiency are of great significance to the operation of enterprises.This article takes Company A as an example to optimize the inappropriate relationship flow in view of the existing problems in the procurement process.First of all,this article introduces the basic situation of company A,expounds on the current procurement process of company A and draws a relationship flow diagram of company A’s current procurement process,pointing out that the problems faced by company A’s current procurement process are caused by the Inappropriate relationship flow in the procurement process.Second,optimize the inappropriate relationship flow,and optimize the inappropriate relationship flow in the process by means of supplier management,job design,and the establishment of a multi-objective programming mathematical model.Draw an optimized comprehensive relationship flow diagram and optimize the description.Finally,it puts forward specific implementation suggestions for the actual implementation of the total relationship flow optimization of A company’s procurement process.Based on the characteristics of the planning and purchasing department of A company,this article constructs a total relationship flow diagram and puts forward optimization suggestions to solve the actual problems in the A company’s procurement process.The mathematical model established can reduce the A company’s procurement cost and improve the procurement quality and delivery effect.The optimized procurement process can enable the organization to show the procurement behavior that the managers want,and reduce the management cost and management burden of the managers.
