Research On Cost Control Of Project Based On BIM Technology

With the enhancement of our country's comprehensive national strength and the continuous improvement of the people's living standards,the construction and decoration industry has become an emerging market with gradually vigorous demand,huge employment and broad prospects for development.However,due to the lack of systematic organization and management mode and standardized cost budget standards,the development of decoration industry has been stalled.In addition,the information in the construction process of decoration project is really unreasonable,the material selection is not correct,the schedule is tight,and the process dragging makes the construction efficiency of building decoration construction low cost control unsatisfactory.The construction industry has the characteristics of huge capital,complex construction process,long construction period and many parts of the project,so if the introduction of information technology in the field of construction engineering,it will erupt enormous potential.However,in China's domestic decoration engineering field,the application of BIM technology is not enough congenital conditions for its application in development is relatively relative.There are many successful projects in foreign countries,so the introduction of BIM technology will have significant advantages and development space for the informationization of decoration engineering in China compared with the traditional decoration engineering.In 2004,with the introduction of BIM technology,China's construction and decoration industry took a big step forward.However,the development of BIM technology in China is still in the initial stage in the face of the objective situation,and it is not widely used in architectural decoration projects.This paper focuses on the cost control in the stage of decoration construction based on BIM technology,introduces the cost control theory,BIM technology,the characteristics of cost control in the construction stage of decoration engineering,the cost control method based on BIM technology and the advantages and problems of BIM technology,Based on the comprehensive evaluation model,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis were used to analyze the influence factors of cost control effect of decoration project.The application of BIM technology in the design,construction and material purchasing of decoration engineering is presented respectively,and the visualization of BIM technology,collision checking,point cloud scanning,pre-layout brick,precast part,automatic calculation,cost-schedule dynamic control and other functions are presented to the traditional decoration engineering cost control project.Therefore,based on the BIM technology,the effect evaluation system for the cost control of decoration project is constructed,and the empirical analysis is made.A survey conducted by Nuo hotel showed that 21.6%of BIM technology was considered to be good in cost control process,24.5%was better,23.7%thought generally,21%considered poor,and only 12%considered it poor.The empirical analysis proves the superiority and effectiveness of cost control of decoration engineering based on BIM technology,and the broad prospect of BIM technology in decoration Engineering.
