Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Labor Cost Control In Decoration Engineering

There are lots of firms in industry enterprises in the decoration industry and the competition within this industry is fierce.In such a fierce competitive environment,one of the important ways to enhance the core-competitiveness of the decoration firm is to reduce the project cost as far as possible under the premise of ensuring the project quality and safety.Because the labor costs account for a large proportion of the decoration project costs and the labor costs take on upward tendencies with the increase of the labor market price,researching the labor cost control of the decoration engineering not only has a certain theoretical significance,but also has high practical application value.Based on the practice of Suzhou decoration project,this paper analyzes the components of labor costs,control characteristics and control status of Suzhou decoration engineering,researches the problems of labor cost control and its causes of labor cost control of Suzhou decoration engineering and proposes the corresponding strategy selections and safeguard measures of implementation.First,the constitution of the labor cost of Suzhou decoration engineering is analyzed in this paper and control characteristics of Suzhou decoration engineering are also researched.The research shows the control characteristics of Suzhou decoration engineering are as follows: the complexity of the construction technology of the decoration engineering leads to difficulties in labor cost control;the short period of the construction of the decoration project leads to difficulties in labor cost control;a wide variety of decorative materials used in the decoration engineering lead to difficulties in labor cost control.Second,the problems of labor cost control in Suzhou decoration engineering are analyzed in this paper.The research shows the following problems exist in the labor cost control of Suzhou decoration engineering: the lack of the consciousness of labor cost control for the personnel related to the decoration engineering;the lack of cost control regulations in the whole process during the implementation of the decoration engineering;disconnection between assessments and rewards and punishments of labor cost control of the decoration engineering;changes in labor cost resulting from unexpected events during the implementation of the decoration engineering;lack of strategic vision during the labor cost control of the decoration engineering;difficulties in controlling labor cost due to the complexity of the construction technology of the decoration engineering;difficulties in labor cost control and accounting resulting from decoration project personnel's own quality difference;lack of effective technical means in labor cost control of the decoration engineering;lack of the support of the corresponding information management system related to the labor cost control in the decoration engineering;lack of clear responsible persons in the labor cost control in the decoration engineering.Third,based on the problems of labor cost control in Suzhou decoration engineering,the corresponding countermeasures for the control of labor cost are put forward in this paper: Enhancing the labor cost control consciousness of the personnel related to the decoration project;realizing the whole process cost control of the decoration project;establishing the management system that integrating assessments and rewards and punishments of labor cost control of the decoration engineering;improving the fineness of the design scheme of the decoration engineering and reducing or avoiding the occurrence of unpredictable events;establishing long term cost control system of the decoration engineering;building the internal technology core group of decoration enterprise,and actively understanding the dynamic of decoration industry;Improving the own quality of decoration project personnel;Using cost control technology to guide the labor cost control of the decoration engineering;Introducing the support of the labor cost control information management system;decomposing the labor cost control target of the decoration project and making the corresponding responsible person clear.Moreover,the implementation guarantee measures for the countermeasures of labor cost control in Suzhou decoration project are also put forward in this paper.Finally,the XX's second-stage construction projects of the indoor fine decoration in a residential district are taken as an example.The problems of labor cost control in its construction project are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
