Research On The Cost Control Of Residential Decoration Project Based On Impact Assessment

With the adjustment of the macro policy of real estate,the government gradually promote residential whole decorate a delivery,full decoration housing is becoming more and more get the favour of the buyers,how to more effective evaluation of fine decoration project cost control effect,and then combining with evaluation results found in the process of cost control problems and put forward the improvement measures to continuously improve the cost control scheme is the research content of this article.On the basis of reviewing the research status and theoretical methods at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the cost control elements of fine decoration project layer by layer from the four stages of feasibility study and decision making,design and preparation,construction and completion and delivery,and then carries out the selection of primary indicators by combining with the method of expert questionnaire.After determining the evaluation indexes of cost control in each stage,the weight of each factor is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)combined with the expert questionnaire,so as to realize the understanding of the evaluation indexes of control from qualitative to quantitative,and make us clearly understand the importance of each factor in each stage in the cost control process.In the end,the paper makes a case analysis of HD residential fine decoration project,evaluates the process and results of cost control of residential fine decoration project through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combined with expert questionnaire,and puts forward corresponding measures and Suggestions for the deficiencies in the control process.Through the study on the weight coefficient of the performance evaluation index of cost control,we can know what the key points of management are in the future cost control work.By putting a fine decoration cost control effect evaluation mathematical model is applied to fine decoration project is helpful for us to pinpoint the deficiency in the process of cost control and put forward the improvement measures,these measures for fine decoration project cost control and the research to provide the reference and draw lessons from,we constantly improve and improve the basis of cost control scheme.
