Beilin District Of Xi'an City Research On The Environment Of The Old Apartment

Nowadays,the aging of the population is becoming more and more serious,which has brought a heavy burden and a severe challenge to the whole world,and the problem of the aged has become an important concern of the society.As the capital city of Xi'an,Shaan Xi Province,population density,the degree of aging is e×tremely deep,elderly population demand,in order to solve this problem,apartments for the elderly should be from time to time,which can not only solve the current situation and consideration of future development,plays a pivotal role in the pension business building in Xi'an city.This choice of apartments for the elderly as the research object,to study,development and research status at home and abroad through the nursing homes for the elderly,and the data collection and field investigation of Beilin District apartments for the elderly,the elderly in the analysis of living space,living space for the elderly to understand the environmental needs.Through the investigation and study of four typical elderly apartments,the shortcomings of the living environment of the elderly were found out.Through the investigation and research results,analyzing the characteristics and commonness of summing up the characteristics of elderly apartment in Beilin District,summed up the general recommendations and matters needing attention in the future construction of apartments for the elderly,provide a reference for future related units and Beilin District planning designers,provide a comfortable and cozy living environment for the elderly.At the same time,it also contributes a little effort to the development of the pension in Xi'an.
