Concept Design Of Mutual Aid Old-Age Apartment In Lijiao Village,Zixing City

China has entered an aging society,and the increase in the elderly population has led to an increase in aging.How to provide for the elderly has become a key topic of concern.At present,the domestic senior housing is facing the problem of crowded living environment and unable to meet the needs of the elderly for health care.Therefore,the development of residential housing for research and improvement of the mutual assistance pension model has become an urgent task.The development of my country’s old-age care industry is relatively lagging,resulting in the growing contradiction between the demand and supply of social old-age care services.Mutually-assisted old-age care has gradually been recognized by the society as a complementary development model,effectively alleviating the domestic old-age care problem at this stage.The topic first discusses the reasons for choosing to design mutual assistance pension apartments under the traditional "9037" pension model,and analyzes the current market opportunities for the development of mutual assistance pension apartments.Secondly,by sorting out the development model and spatial characteristics of mutual-aid senior care,a form suitable for the development of a mutual-aid pension apartment is deduced,combined with the relevant theoretical basis and case analysis,and the design concept with sharing as the core is concluded as the basic basis for the design of the mutual-aid pension space.Again,in the third chapter,through research methods and field surveys in Zixing City,we explore the design methods of mutual assistance pension apartments,excavate the user group’s residential intentions and specific needs,and conclude that priority can be given to elderly care function design,space modular design and local The design strategy improves the attractiveness of mutual assistance pension apartments,meets the space demand level based on active aging,and facilitates the promotion of the model.Finally,the urban-rural combination area of ??Lijiao Village in Zixing City was selected as the design site for the purpose of improving the vitality and elderly care needs of the elderly,and providing feasibility suggestions for the design of domestic mutual assistance apartment.
