Research On The Reality Of Cultural Industry Space In The Historic District Of Beilin

The cultural industry in Xi’an Beilin Historic District carries the traditional Chinese calligraphy culture and is also a testimony to the historical changes in the block.It is of great research value.Nowadays,the state is paying more and more attention to the improvement of cultural self-confidence and the development of cultural industry,and Beilin is also facing a new round of transformation and renewal.Facing the opportunities and challenges,it is very urgent to study the cultural industry in the historic district of Beilin..It is in this context that this paper conducts a comprehensive and in-depth investigation of the cultural industry in the historic district of Beilin.It is divided into three parts: The first part is to conduct research on the cultural industry at the macro level,and to study and summarize the overall situation of the cultural industry from the five aspects of geographical environment,business information,owner information,building space and other industries,with a view to the cultural industry.The overall development level has a comprehensive and systematic understanding;the second part,the micro level selects the typical cultural industry space case in the block to carry out in-depth interpretation,through spatial analysis and life scene presentation,in order to sort out the cultural industry space from the perspective of space construction and space experience.The third part,based on the above research summary,analyses the cultural industry space of the Beilin historical district from the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,and proposes development strategies.The details are summarized as follows:The cultural industry in Xi’an Beilin historical district has a good basic advantage,and has formed a relatively mature industrial chain.However,the overall level of cultural industry structure is low,the shortage of professional talents,the overall spatial layout and the construction of building space need to be improved.In the face of opportunities and challenges,the cultural industry should not only use its own advantages,but also focus on talent cultivation,highlight regional and characteristic development,enhance brand effects,and combine technological innovation with cultural industries to clearly define the cultural industry.To enhance the building space environment and customer experience.Through the above evaluation,we hope to achieve the optimization and upgrading of the cultural industry.Through the research of this thesis,it not only provides relevant basic data and preliminary analysis for the transformation that Beilin will face,but also provides ideas and references for the development of cultural industries in other historical districts of cities.
