China in the 1970 s began to implement the family planning policy,affected by the proportion of the elderly population gradually changed,to 2000 formally entered the aging society.In recent years,the aging trend has become apparent.According to the statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2017,at the end of 2016,more than 230 million elderly people aged over 60 have exceeded 23 million,accounting for 16.7% of the total population.More than 150 million elderly people aged 65 and over Of 10.8%.From the trend of aging in recent years,China's pension situation is worrying,so the establishment of social pension agencies is particularly important.However,the current pension institutions in our society is relatively lacking,most of the pension agencies are not established in the early construction of the norms under the guidance of the establishment of poor living conditions and outdoor activities,obsolete facilities can not meet the needs of the elderly,but also To their daily life buried a security risk.Therefore,according to the needs of the elderly on the environment,the use of pension agencies in the use of a reasonable transformation of the design,improve the construction of pension facilities to achieve the optimal use of pension resources is very practical and necessary.This article first read the relevant concepts,physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,summed up the daily life of the elderly and social interaction specific environmental needs.Secondly,by analyzing the case of excellent old-age space at home and abroad,some key points in the design of pension space environment are obtained.Then,the author analyzes the environmental conditions and existing problems of the old residential apartments in Chengdu,analyzes the needs of the elderly and the design of the old-age space design theory,and draws some key contents of the reform of the space environment,and sums up the paper Six Principles of Environmental Renovation Design for Old Apartment.Finally,taking the key contents and principles of the reform of the old space environment as the guide,taking full account of the needs of the elderly in different physical conditions,the existing problems in the design of the environment design of the old residential buildings in Chengdu are carried out to meet the diversified life and leisure Entertainment needs.
