Study On The Quality Management Of JC Express Road Project

As the infrastructure of urban development,express road drives the development of urban economy and facilitates people's travel.In recent years,the macro-control policies of the state and local economic development planning,under the guidance of the government departments concerned to intensify efforts to the construction of urban expressway,expressway construction received extensive attention of the whole society,to a certain extent,reflects the urban development level and civilization degree,reflected the convenience degree of urban life and happiness.At present,there are some problems in the construction quality of urban expressway in China.Problems in quality management mode,management system,management organization,management system and element management seriously restrict the implementation of rapid quality standards and pose a serious threat to the safety of life and property.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the quality management of urban expressway construction project to guarantee the safety of life and property.Based on the literature review of domestic and foreign highway engineering construction projects,the content of quality management of highway engineering construction projects is emphatically summarized and analyzed.In addition,the practical investigation of JC express road construction project in jilin province was conducted to analyze the existing problems in the construction quality management of JC express road,and the relevant theories were used to guide the practical analysis.The research methods mainly used in this paper include literature analysis and empirical analysis.Through literature analysis,the paper summarizes the quality management theories related to this study and the successful experience of quality management in relevant cases,laying the theoretical foundation of this study.Under the guidance of the quality management theory of engineering construction project,the writing idea of this study is to deeply analyze the existing problems in the quality management of JC express road engineering construction project,summarize the main problems in the quality management and analyze the causes,and finally give the solutions and guarantee the implementation.By analyzing the quality management problems of JC express road construction project,this study found that there were some problems in the process of quality management,such as unclear responsibilities,poor management awareness,lax control over raw materials and equipment,incomplete implementation of construction plans,and serious formalization of supervision and inspection.In order to solve the problems existing in the quality management of JC express road construction project,the countermeasures adopted mainly include :(1)improve the preparation scheme of JC project quality management,and make construction preparation from the aspects of management organization,job responsibilities,management objectives,management principles,management procedures,management elements and acceptance methods;(2)standardize the technical scheme of JC project quality management,clarify the requirements of quality,economy and performance,and do a good job in the quality management and control of roadbed,pavement and bridge engineering;(3)strengthen the comprehensive quality management mode of all elements on the construction site,and establish the comprehensive quality management mode based on people,materials,mechanical equipment,methods and environment;(4)implement the three-stage quality management method to strengthen the quality management and control work in advance,in the middle and after the event;(5)establish JC project quality management risk early warning and implementation,reduce risk probability and risk quantity;(6)build a quality information-based management platform,maintain a good communication mechanism,and promote the actual effect of management communication;(7)to strengthen the implementation of project supervision and supervision so that all quality management measures can be implemented and the management effect can be truly brought into play;(8)implement the effect of education training on JC project quality management,truly improve the quality management awareness and ability of all employees,and fundamentally improve the quality management level.Through the organization and personnel,system and process,the capital,technology,etc,guarantee the effective implementation of the quality management problem solving countermeasures,fundamentally improve the quality of JC expressway construction project management level,at the same time,also for our country highway engineering construction project quality management to provide Suggestions with reference value,promote the development of our country highway engineering construction.
