Research On Building Installation Cost Management Of "WY Square" Project

"WY Square" project is located in the center of Changchun Lv Yuan District,which is the most convenient in travelling,has the largest amount of resident and best environment,and with the strongest commercial valuee.The building installation of this project lasted 19 months.The project passed the acceptance test smoothly,and the cost control was within the budget.The cost management was successful as a whole.But in practice,there are still many problems,some of which have been effectively solved,and some of the problems have not been eradicated until the project acceptance.The main research content of this paper is aiming at the practical activities of the cost management in Changchun "WY Square" project's building installation,Combined with relevant theories of cost management in construction projects,analyze the status quo,identify problems,and propose optimization strategies,and the optimization strategy is proposed to provide support for similar projects in the future.The whole study started from the concept of project cost management and the specific contents of the four basic work activities,combined with the practical experience in the "WY" square project,using the principle from the whole to the part,using literature research,case study,analogy analysis,quantitative analysis,comparative analysis,experience summary.Based on the scope,concept,principle and main contents of cost management of construction and installation cost of Engineering project,combined with the theory of target cost management and earned value analysis,this paper makes a detailed study on the practical experience and problem records of construction and installation cost management of "WY Square" project.On the one hand,it analyzes the successful practice and causes of the project in the aspects of cost management process,cost management personnel,cost accounting subjects,cost overall measurement and cost tracking practice,on the other hand,it analyzes the problems in the project in a multi-element and multi-faceted quantitative analysis,and selects four typical examples of project practice problems.After restoring and analyzing,the typical causes of cost management in this case are analyzed.Finally,the research perspective is extended from project practice to optimization of enterprise construction and installation cost management,and optimization strategies are proposed.Detailed cost accounting and cost management records in the process of the project provide valuable information for the study,so that the study can be based on the project,looking at the macro,from the enterprise human resources management,process and management system optimization and other aspects of the optimization strategy.
