At this stage,many construction units in the market have exposed various defects and drawbacks in the process of cost management.For example,the quality of construction is difficult to be guaranteed due to the one-sided emphasis on cost,and the rights and responsibilities of cost management are not clear enough.And the concept is backward,security issues are ignored and so on.The consequences of these problems are often: not only does not save construction costs,but seriously affects the quality of construction and the credibility of enterprises.Therefore,construction units and staff must pay great attention to the work of cost control and optimize the management system.The so-called "cost control" refers to the management ideas and methods for the construction unit to allocate funds as reasonably as possible on the basis of ensuring construction safety and quality level,and to maximize construction cost savings.In recent years,most of China's construction projects have used the “price separation” policy in the implementation process.However,due to the imperfect management system,backward management concept and low quality of management personnel,the project cost control remains.It is a difficult point.Moreover,the construction unit can systematically calculate the cost and estimated income of the project when the project is completed.It is not possible to control the cost at this time.Therefore,in order to improve the effect of construction unit cost control,it is necessary to carry out systematic analysis and research on this issue,and then find scientific ways and methods.Through the case analysis of ZT comprehensive building,this study uses project cost control theory and project life cycle theory to analyze the problems and discuss the problems existing in the construction cost control of ZT complex and the causes of the problems.The ZT complex is a medium-sized project with a total floor area of the building.The overall plane shape is fan-shaped,with a basement and six floors above ground.The location of the project is in the urban area,and the fire rating of the building is three.The pile is made of concrete bored pile,the structure safety grade: three grades;the seismic fortification intensity: 6 degrees.In the construction of the project,the corresponding construction of the building is more complicated,and the construction cost of the project is relatively high.Therefore,the construction unit of the building attaches great importance to the cost accounting,and it is very important to carry out the cost management during the construction phase of the project.The current ZT complex building construction process is inaccurate in project budgeting,resulting in serious waste of resources,lack of comprehensive construction process control system,imperfect project database,non-standard construction control process,and proposed for the current problems.Many targeted solutions,such as accurately compiling project budgets,establishing a comprehensive cost control system during construction,establishing and improving enterprise project databases,and establishing standardized construction control processes.In order to obtain a large market profit,the most important part of construction enterprises is to reduce construction costs and keep construction costs strictly planned.This study,through a case study of the ZT complex,finds scientific ways and methods to control the construction cost,which not only helps to improve the cost control effect of the ZT complex,but also promotes the cost control objectives of the project,and can also cost similar projects.Control work has a relatively large reference.
