Research On The Theory Of Rural Planning From The Perspective Of Environmental And Behavior And The Practice Of The Planning Of Dushan In Huangmei County

The 13 th Five-year Planning in 2017 advocates that urban and rural planning should uphold the idea of green and take the road of sustainable development.Under the background of the beautiful countryside construction and the development of rural tourism,it has put forward the new requirements and the development impetus to the rural planning.Through the research of the rural planning from the perspective of the domestic and international environmental behavior,summed up the rural planning faces the problems such as,neglect rural regional historical and cultural characteristics,environment and rural population,social culture,economy,leisure behavior and other issues.In essence is the lack of rural environment and rural behavior.Taking this as an opportunity,this paper introduces the new perspective of rural planning: environmental behavior,and extends the concept of environmental behavior in rural planning from the narrow sense to the broad sense,from micro to macro.On this basis,put forward the creation of environmental behavior perspective,provided with three perspective analysis.The interactive environment and behavior,environment,behavior,and uses the case to prove the feasibility of perspective of environmental behavior.On this basis,the paper constructs the theory of rural planning from the perspective of environmental behavior.First,the author puts forward the rural planning from the perspective of environment,from the perspective of regional history and culture and the perspective of the two aspects of the terrain and landscape environment.Second,the perspective of behavior,from the appropriate rural population demand behavior and promoting the economic social and cultural industrial behavior,the four point perspective behavior from the perspective of rural planning to meet the leisure behavior.Finally,the perspective of the interaction between environment and behavior,from the perspective of the pursuit of win-win criteria and the coordination of the contradictions of the two criteria to expand the perspective of interaction between environment and behavior.On the basis of this,we can construct the theory system of rural planning from the perspective of environmental behavior.And the application of the Jiezidun Rural Planning,Dushan of Huangmei County.From the perspective of environmental behavior questionnaire surveyand interviews,in-depth understanding of the basic situation of JieZidun especially the environment and behavior.It's worth to practice rural planning from the perspective of environmental and behavior.
