Study On The Planning Of Retirement Leisure Village

With the development of urbanization,more and more young people in rural areas choose to live in towns,the phenomenon of "old villages" has become a common occurrence.Therefore,the issue of old-age care for the elderly left behind in rural areas has become a hot spot of state and social concern.On October 18,2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" should be a top priority of the party’s work and the strategy of revitalizing the countryside should be implemented.To achieve rural rejuvenation,rural planning is especially important and essential.Therefore,the integrated development of rural pension and rural planning will become very suitable,it is of great significance to plan elderly leisure village on the basis of meeting the basic norms,which solves the rural pension problem,but also responds to the country’s rural revitalization strategy.This article analyzes the suitability of planning for old-age leisure villages,uses the relevant basic data such as the infrastructure construction situation and population data of Liang Jiamen Village,and conducts a comprehensive analysis and summary of the current status from five aspects of public facilities,infrastructure,environmental landscape,economic life and cultural entertainment which combines with the image model in Liang Jiamen Village.For existing problems,on the basis of preserving the natural landscape of Liang Jiamen Village,with "Elderly Leisure Type" as the planning purpose,the planning was carried out from the following three aspects:(1)Habitat environment remediation planning was carried out on ten aspects of convenience bridge,public toilet,parking lot,etc through transformation,optimization and repair method,in the planning process,the vital interests of the elderly are fully taken into consideration,providing the elderly with a comfortable,beautiful,clean and tidy rural feature;(2)By building a comprehensive service center,it will focus on convenient service facilities and provide ten internal and external functional services such as catering services and medical services,which creats convenient living conditions for the elderly and improves the quality of life.In addition,the public service column of the comprehensive service center was used to publicize the village history,government affairs,planning,etc,which deepens the understanding of the village residents and foreigners about Liang Jiamen Village;(3)Using the functional facilities and public space of the comprehensive service center,rural cultural construction is carried out from the establishment of organizational structures,group entertainment activities,and the development of core figures to enrich the daily activities of the elderly and improve the quality of spiritual life.At the end of the article summarizes the advantages of Liang Jiamen village elderly leisure village planning,and makes the planning results reproducible for reference when planning other similar areas.
