Research On Social Benefits Of Modern Construction Industry Project

With the diversified development of our society,people not only pursue material satisfaction,but also have a keen hope for a better life.In this context,the extensive production and management mode of traditional construction industry can no longer meet the people's expectations for a better life,so the modern construction industry has received widespread attention,which puts forward that "the development of modern construction industry is the only way for the transformation and upgrading of China's construction industry".In order to promote the development of modern construction industry,experts and professionals should not only study it from the aspects of technology,management and economic benefits,but also from the social benefits it brings.By studying the social benefits brought by the modern construction industry,clarifying the benefits brought by the modern construction industry from the aspects of economy,culture,education,science and technology,ecology and environment,and adjusting the relevant indicators that affect social benefits of the modern construction industry,people can maximize its social benefits and improve the quality of lives.This paper summarizes the content and characteristics of the current development of modern construction industry in China by combing the relevant journals and research on the development of modern construction industry at home and abroad,and clarifies the boundaries and contents of the social benefits of the modern construction industry project.According to characteristics of modern construction industry and prefabricated constructions,the theory of social benefits and the theory of social benefits of engineering project of modern construction industry,this paper defines the relevant indicators of social benefit research of modern construction industry engineering project from four dimensions:social economic benefit,social compatibility,social risk and social time benefit,and establishes modern construction industry engineering project system through analytic hierarchy process.By comparing the methods of social benefit research in the similar fields such as traditional construction industry and infrastructure construction engineering,this paper finalizes that the fuzzy clustering evaluation method is the evaluation method of social benefit research in modern construction industry engineering projects,through which the evaluation model of social benefit of modern construction industry engineering projects is constructed.According to the evaluation model,the indexes of target level,criterion level and index level are deeply studied and analyzed.It can clarify the impact of various indicators on the social benefits of the project,and then implement specific methods to effectively improve the social benefits of the project.Using the social benefit evaluation model of modern construction industry project,this paper makes an empirical analysis of Chunheli project in Shenyang.According to the definition of the social benefit indicators of the modern construction industry project,the calculation and summary of the project indicators of Chunheli in Shenyang are completed.Ten experts in the related fields of modern construction industry are invited to evaluate the social benefit indicators of Chunheli project in Shenyang,who thoroughly studied and analyzed results of those evaluations.Thus,valid suggestions for the Chunheli project in Shenyang are put forward,so as to enhance the project and its social benefits.Through scientific,objective and accurate research and analysis of the social benefits brought about by modern construction industry projects,and quantifying some indicators of social and economic benefits,social compatibility,social risks and social time benefits,the advantages of modern construction industry over traditional construction industry in social benefits can be clearly defined,and the development of modern construction industry can be strongly proved that it can drive regional economic growth,reduce regional environmental pollution,reduce social risks related to the construction industry and improve regional production efficiency.Therefore,vigorous development of modern construction industry in China's construction industry is an effective way and inevitable trend to speed up the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of the construction industry.
