Due to the energy crisis and environmental problems,renewable energy is playing an increasingly important role.As one of the main use of renewable energy,the biomass power generation has been widely concerned around the world.However,with the development of biomass power generation industry,biomass feedstock supply security is becoming the difficult issue to be resolved for the enterprises.It's hard to keep a steady supply of biomass due to the characteristics of biomass feedstock,such as seasonality,high transportation cost,difficult to storage and so on,which makes the enterprises have to take high operational risks.Therefore,a systematic study is needed to realize the steady supply of biomass feedstock.Choosing Xinneng Company as the research object,this thesis analyzes its biomass feedstock supply situation and the most prominent problems.On this basis,collaborative supply mechanism of feedstock which aims at “feedstock-sharing” is proposed.Under this situation,the biomass feedstock supply process of Xinneng Company is redesigned from the perspectives of management and network.Supply-base can provide biomass feedstock for different biomass power plants at the same time to realize feedstock-sharing among several biomass power plants.Considering the uncertainty of biomass feedstock supply,the thesis establishes a robust optimization model to decide the location,scale and feedstock distribution.In the end,the thesis forecasts the purchasing stations' supply capacity of biomass feedstock according to historical data to solve the model and obtain the biomass supply plan.The study finds that collaborative supply mechanism for biomass feedstock is an excellent mean to solve the problems that Xinneng Company currently faced,while establishing Supply-base will bring additional cost,the shortage of biomass for biomass power plants can be avoided.In addition,it can also optimize the structure of biomass supply cost,and improve the robustness of biomass supply system.
