With the continuous development of China's economy,energy and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.The development of forest biomass resources and the formation of new energy industries are an important way to solve the energy problems.Forest biomass power generation is an efficient way of biomass energy development and utilization.China is rich in forest biomass energy resources,which provides important resource for forest biomass power generation industry.The forest biomass power generation industry in China is still in the primary stage of development,facing the problems of high cost of raw material collection and unstable supply.This paper focuses on the optimization of raw material supply chain of forest biomass power generation industry.First of all,this paper describes the resource potential and market demand of the raw material of the forest biomass power generation industry in Inner Mongolia.The results show that Inner Mongolia has great potential to develop forest biomass power generation industry.However,forest biomass has the characteristics of dispersed distribution,low density,high water content and so on,and its collection,transportation and other costs are higher.Secondly,through the refinement of forest biomass power generation industry raw material supply chain,this paper analyzes the economic cost and carbon dioxide emissions of each link and its influence,including planting,harvesting,skidding,storage,chipping and transportation.On this basis,the key decision variables are selected to build the theoretical model of the raw material supply chain optimization of the forest biomass power generation industry based on multi-objective programming.Then,the empirical model of raw material supply chain optimization is constructed by field survey data in Inner Mongolia,and the optimal solution of raw material supply under different objectives is obtained by Solver.The results include:?on the pursuit of minimizing the total cost,the optimal supply quantity of desert shrub stubble residues,wood processing residues and waste wood products were 87500 tons,40000 tons and 52500 tons,and sandy shrub residues should be all in woodland processing;?on the pursuit of the lowest total carbon dioxide emissions,the optimal supply quantity of sandy shrub residues,wood processing residues and waste wood products were 87500 tons,40000 tons and 52500 tons,and sandy shrub residues should be all the processing in the processing factory;?on the pursuit of the lowest cost and carbon dioxide emissions at the same time,the optimal supply quantity of sandy shrub residues,wood processing residues and waste wood products were 93750 tons,40000 tons and 46250 tons,and the proportion of sandy shrub residues processing in woodland and processing plant is 1.78:1.Finally,the sensitivity analysis is used to study the influence of the change of the key parameters in the raw material supply chain on the optimal solution.And put forward optimization suggestions:?improve the processing technology of forest chipper and realize large-scale processing;?shorten the transportation distance of raw materials and reduce transportation costs;?enterprises and farmers are encouraged to maintain long-term cooperation and moderate participation by the middlemen.
