As the economy develops,the environment and society is facing great pressure from energy scarcity.The effective way to alleviate the energy dilemma is energy saving and emission reduction.China's current industrial boiler has many problems,especially the heat loss,low fuel combustion efficiency.The use of chain boilers possess a high proportion in industrial boiler in china.In recent years,compound combustion technology is gradually in the chain boiler application and development.Taking the chain boiler in a certain factory as an example,the paper focuses on improving the chain boiler's operating efficiency by applying the compound combustion technology.This paper first introduces the system structure,the running energy consumption,etc,of the chain boiler,and the principle and characteristics of the compound combustion technology to analyze the feasibility of the energy saving project.Then the numerical simulation method is used to verify if the compound combustion technology can effectively improve the boiler combustion efficiency.Also,the overall temperature inside the boiler is improved due to the injection of air from the side wall and the increase of the air disturbance inside.The effect of the change of the blowing speed on the flammable gas concentration at the outlet of the chain boiler and the uniformity of the boiler temperature was verified.Appropriate air volume is very beneficial to the improvement of the boiler temperature,and it can also reduce the concentration of combustible gas at the outlet of the boiler.Excessive air volume is easy to reduce the boiler temperature.By optimizing the air supply mode for the cyclone blowing air to optimize,and compared to explore the best cyclone blowing speed and angle range.After optimizing the air supply mode,the optimum air blowing speed range is compared.And a brief analysis of NOX.And the air supply condition under the compound combustion mode is obtained.Through the simulation,in the compound combustion mode,a reference range has been provided for the the best air supply speed of DC air supply and whirlwind air supply.For the whirlpool air supply,its angle has a greater effect on the length of the pulverized coal combustion flame.During the whirlpool air supply,the swirl angle and the air supply speed shall be conducted as a comprehensive analysis to achieve the best solution requirements.During the whirlpool air supply,the swirl angle and the air supply speed shall be conducted as a comprehensive analysis to achieve the best solution requirements.
