Low temperature economizer technology is in the present stage power station boiler tail flue gas heat recovery,energy conservation and utilization of a technology,in view of the current power plant boiler exhaust the problem of high temperature,the technology become power plants in recent years,effectively reduce the boiler exhaust temperature of a very practical method.In this paper,on the basis of predecessors' research,based on the heat balance principle of low temperature economizer optimization design model is established,using a computer program to calculate,optimization,get the optimal equipment parameters.Through the analysis and comparison,choose low temperature economizer decorate in the flue gas side of the optimal location and the optimal connection in the water side.Based on the actual power plant project,according to the concept of equivalent enthalpy drop method and waste heat utilization,low computing applications of low temperature economizer system after hot economic indicators.First,considering the low temperature economizer in low temperature environment,through to the corrosion resistant material and tube type heat transfer performance analysis and comparison,the suitable pipe and tube type.Selection of low temperature economizer tube related parameters as decision variables,through heat transfer calculation,heat balance theory to set up relevant constraints,assumes that the low temperature economizer outlet flue gas temperature is variable,establish the optimization design model of low temperature economizer,after program calculation and optimization of the optimal results are obtained.Secondly,combining the actual engineering of Da-La-Te power plant 330 mw unit,the selection of low temperature economizer in boiler tail is the most reasonable arrangement.Flue gas dew point temperature is calculated from coal characteristics,control of low temperature economizer inlet temperature of the frozen water,avoid the influence of low temperature corrosion.Thermodynamic analysis on the water side series-parallel system,selecting the optimal way of series-parallel.By low temperature economizer design optimization and related parameters is determined,using the concept of equivalent enthalpy drop method and waste heat utilization,analysis with low after low temperature economizer in thermal system,calculation of standard coal consumption quantity,coal consumption rate,unit heat economy indexes such as thermal efficiency.
