China first put forward Energy-saving Emission Reduction in "the11th Five-Year Plan", and proposed the targets of it in "the12th Five-Year Plan", that is to reduce CO2emissions in unit of gross domestic product by17%in2015, energy consumption in unit of gross domestic product by16%, the total emissions of major pollutants by8to10%, and to improve the non-fossil energy account for primary energy consumption by3.1percentage points, going up from8.3to11.4%. The binding index of "the12th Five-Year Plan" apparently shows the national determination to reduce energy-saving emission of our country.However, a variety of problems of chain boilers in the practical operation process restrict the increase of chain boilers’ output and thermal efficiency. Therefore, we need to carry on research from the above problems, propose reasonable solutions, linking theory with practice to guide practical operation, improve thermal efficiency and output of chain boilers so as to achieve Energy-saving Emission Reduction.This paper takes research on the Enhanced Combustion Technology, design a flame furnace arch type using the momentum synthesis. Combining furnace arch designation’s rationality verified by the furnace arch reconstruction of SZL6-1.25-AII boilers in Yantai Jinfang Heat Limited Company’s boiler space, does some research on following problems:chain boilers’air leakage of economizer, intermittent feeding and wear to put forward concrete modification measures, which can ensure the economizer to reach effect of designing. We conduct research on leakage on the process of stream delivery and usage, thermal insulating layer ecclasis and condensed water waste, put forward the corresponding solutions. Both the analyzed condensed water recovery value and the comparison of different recovery systems have certain guiding significance for actual energy transformation. The research mainly focus on the following aspects:decreasing the loss caused by " running, emitting, dripping and leaking"; improving firemen’s skills, saving energy and reducing emission; applying coal selecting and washing technology; removing boiler scale and heated area ash regularly; matching load of boiler and heating; discharging pollution reasonably and increasing thermal efficiency; completing protection and maintenance work of boiler stop well. Aiming at cause of those problems, we put forward some reasonable suggestions to direct actual operation and management of boilers.This paper supplies reliable practical experience for chain boilers’ operation, energy conservation and transformation, which has certain significance for the development and improvement of chain boilers’operation, energy conservation and transformation in our country.
