A Study On Energy Saving Of Chain Boiler

In this thesis, designing " a " furnace arch by applying momentum synthesis and applying the laminar coal supply device to improve the burning in furnace , the operation duty of chain boiler , the thermal efficiency of boiler, are studied, according to the problems of the irrationality on boiler proper frame and the disproportion on system disposition in the design and the operation of chain boiler. Moreover, the furnace arch improvement has been carried on about the chain boiler DZL6-1.25-AII of the boiler house in Southvvest Jiaotong University, which has improved the furnace's exit temperature and the thermal efficiency of the boiler.Basing on the studies on the problems of leak-in, intermittent supplying water, ashing and abrasion in the operation of the auxiliary heating surface-economizer of chain boiler, the problems have been solved, through reinforcing the economizer's seal, supplying water frequently and using fin tube economizer. The economizer will reach the design effect in practical operation and the fuel will be saved. According to the main cause of the heat loss in the course of conveying and applying steam, the steam-piping system of Southwest Jiaotong University has been rebuilt by designing and installing pipe rightly, optimizing the heat-insulating material and its thickness, reasonably selecting drainage valve and reasonably reclaiming condensate, the steam exploitation efficiency has been improved. According to the peculiarities about the wastewater after the chain boiler's dust collection, various techniques about hamessing the wastewater after the middle or small-sized boiler's damp dust collection have been analyzed and solved, and feasible hamessing technology Une has been proposed. According to the experience about the boiler's operation management of the boiler house in Southwest Jiaotong University, through preventing leaks, cleaning ashes, removing scales and improving the operating level of stokers, to enhance the level of boiler's operation management and guarantee the boiler's operation in a safe and conserving energy condition are introduced in this paper.This paper provides dependable practical experience for the energy saving technology of improving chain boiler's thennal efficiency and has important meaning for developing and improving chain boiler's energv saving technology in our country.
