Research On Integrated Management Model And Application Of Construction Project Based On BIM

For a long time,China's construction industry has shown a large scale,but the production efficiency is low.The traditional construction project integrated management because it is difficult to achieve efficient transmission and sharing of information,to the advantage of integration management can't give full play to the construction project management,many are still extensive management.Under the circumstances of speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development and paying great attention to the development of quality and efficiency,construction enterprises must change the traditional and extensive management methods and pursue new management methods with more intelligence and lean.Building Information Modeling(BIM),as a new technology which leads the management level of construction industry to a higher level,has great potential in project management at construction stage.This paper aims to build a more suitable model for construction project management,and promote the quality and efficiency of construction project management.Based on reviewing the literature on the description and analysis of the parties involved in the construction project of a construction project integration management,target management and elements of integrated information integration management,the characteristics of BIM and its application in construction project are analyzed.Integrated management,through the construction from the construction project participants to target integrated management of integrated management,analyzed the information of 3 aspects of the construction project of a construction project management process,combined with the characteristics and problems of BIM project and its application in the physical function of pipe construction project,construction of the building construction the project goal elements integration management,project participants integrated management,integrated information management based on 3 aspects of the integrated management model of BIM.Through literature review,the relevant evaluation indicators are selected.On the basis of questionnaire survey,the evaluation index system and method of integrated management model of construction project based on BIM are established.Finally,in Shenzhen Longhua a construction project integrated management model of construction project based on BIM,verified the feasibility and validity of the model,and combined with the application situation,put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.
