Research On Integrated Management Of Fabricated Construction Project

With the progress of the times and the rapid development of social economy,prefabricated building stands out.It is a sustainable development building mode based on the whole green ecological industry chain,environmental protection and energy saving system.At the beginning of 2020,a new type of coronary pneumonia appeared in China,which urgently needed hospital sites.It took only ten days for construction professionals to deliver Wuhan Leishenshan and Huoshenshan hospitals to use.The hospital adopts modular design and standardized units to quickly integrate the hospital.Its standardization,modularization,assembly,industrialization and integration contribute to the speed of China.The development of prefabricated buildings is the general trend of our country.The traditional management mode that information can't be shared among participants and stages will hinder the development of prefabricated buildings.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate the whole process of the prefabricated building project management,prevent information separation and loss,and promote information integration,so as to achieve the goal of high quality,low cost and excellent progress of the project.In this paper,a large number of references,based on the integrated management theory and project management theory.First of all,the theory of assembly building,integrated management and project management are expounded in theory;Secondly,study the operation of integrated management of prefabricated construction engineering,that is,carry out information integration analysis from the prefabricated building management elements,organizational integrated management,and all phases of the entire life cycle,and build an integrated management model of the whole life cycle process of prefabricated construction projects.Build an integrated building management system based on the concept of cooperation to integrateinformation.In the integration of elements,this paper integrates the production,transportation and lifting elements of prefabricated components unique to prefabricated buildings,and innovates the integration of HSE management elements and contract management.In the process of organization integration,WBS based organization integration management model of assembly construction project is established.Finally,taking a case of a prefabricated house in Bengbu City,Anhui Province as an example,the necessity of the assembly integrated management is analyzed by combining theoretical analysis with practical cases.This paper takes theory as support,case as practice,cooperation as concept and platform as physical condition to analyze the importance of integrated management of assembly construction project.The purpose is to optimize the management of new assembly building,form a new management model and make the management more scientific,information and integrated.Thus,the assembly construction project can be completed with high quality and quantity.
