| The promulgation of the "Made in China 2025" policy has provided the first 10-year program of action for China’s manufacturing industry in implementing its strategy of building a strong nation.It is imperative to realize intelligent manufacturing and digital manufacturing.In order to achieve the goal of intelligent production and intelligent products,household appliance enterprises have turned to the intelligent home market.At present,the production of intelligent home industry in China still has the problems of low efficiency,high cost,low flexibility and poor robustness,Process control,quality and stability and traceability and delivery of the guarantee can’t be satisfied.Therefore,exploring and implementing mixed production assembly lines with low cost,high flexibility and dynamic adjustment and researching relevant optimization techniques have become urgent needs for intelligent home industry to transition to intelligent manufacturing.In order to meet the "intelligent manufacturing" requirements,this paper chooses a product of a smart home enterprise mixed-flow assembly line as the search object for the following studies:Firstly,it analyzes the current product assembly status of a smart home company,studies the assembly process of the air-conditioning assembly line,defines the requirements of the product’s mixed-flow assembly,and formulates the overall research plan for the sorting and balancing of mixed-flow assembly line.Secondly,the IE method is applied to the rough balance of the assembly line of each product,and the existing assembly line is leanly improved according to the operation determination,ECRS,and 5W1 H principles for eliminating defects in the original process design and assembly route design and providing standards for the fine balance of the assembly line including the optimized information of the process,working hours and so on to provide data support for the fine balance of the mixed flow assembly line.Then,according to the problem of unbalanced distribution of people,machine and material in enterprises,a fine balance model of assembly beats,smoothness index,and minimization of workers’ human cost is established.The improved genetic algorithm is designed and simulated by MATLAB.According to the problem of the fluctuation of the enterprise materials and product total adjustment time,a sorting model with minimum product change rate and total switching time is established,and the simulation is verificated by MATLAB using NSGA II algorithm.Finally,using C# language,based on VS tools,design and implementat e a smart home industry mixed flow assembly line balancing and sorting system and choose an enterprise air conditioning assembly line as an example for application verifi cation.To sum up,through the research on the balancing and ranking of the mixed-flow assembly line in the intelligent home industry,it realizes the characteristics of low cost,high flexibility and high robustness,and meets the market demand under the mode of mass customization.The research of this paper have bound value of application and popularization for the household appliance enterprises to upgrade and transform to the "intelligent manufacturing". |
