Design Of Children Intelligent Photo Based On Service Blueprints

After the promulgation of the national second child policy,the new baby boom has made the issue of child education once again become the focus of social attention,and the demand for children's education consumption will continue to expand.On the one hand,with the improvement of the national quality,parents pay more and more attention to the early childhood art education,and the children's photography education combines art education with science and technology,and has its unique functional advantages and educational significance in the early childhood art education.In view of this,this research takes children's intelligent photographing products as research research.The research object is carried out in depth.On the other hand,the intellectualization of children's educational products has become the trend of development in the new era,which puts forward higher design requirements for children's educational products.The traditional single product service mode has long been unable to meet users' needs.Therefore,this paper introduces the concept of service design into the design of children's intelligent photo product.It will focus on the user experience beyond the single product service mode,and strengthen the interaction between the user and the product and product service system.This paper studies the related theory of service design and service blueprint method,applies the research method of service design to the research of user needs,investigates the existing product service mode,finds the gap of product opportunity,then classifies and analyses the service object,and gets the accurate target user orientation,and then through Through the research of market research,questionnaire survey,user interview and other users,the deep needs of target objects are excavated and typical user models are established.On this basis,a new round of thinking is carried out from the dual angle of system integration and user experience,and a new model of product service system is constructed,and then the service blueprint method is used.The service process node is analyzed comprehensively,the service blueprint of the children's intelligent photo product system is constructed,and the functional framework of the product service system has been set up to develop the design practice.Finally,the children's intelligent photo product service system was established,which broke the original product service mode.Through the reconstruction and optimization of hardware and software,it promoted the two-way interaction between children and products,carried out photography learning in the process of using product play,stimulated children's creativity and imagination,and promoted children at the same time.Interaction and communication between parents and children.Finally,through the design evaluation,it is proved that the service system optimizes the service experience of children's intelligent photographing,and demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the service design and service blueprint method in the design of children's products.
