Research On The Service System Of Household Medication Based On Empathy Design Theory

The increasing complexity of design problems and the limitations of design team knowledge make the identification and definition of requirements more and more difficult.When designing a special crowd,the typical user has a big gap in physiological and psychological research design team.The User Centered Design(UCD)method can be used in every process of design and development.As for them,and give full play to the role of users.However,latent requirements and language limitations make it difficult for users to perceive or express a demand for new products or services.This phenomenon is more pronounced in new product development processes for future scenarios.Traditional design research method is difficult to achieve a creative understanding of the user.So,design researchers began to pay attention to the study of the underlying user needs,empathy design as a user-centric design of a method began to be introduced,and in the actual context of the user's behavior,feelings,attitudes,expectations precision know.However,due to the slow development of empathy design,still lack of practical methodological support available.First of all,this paper starts from the psychological phenomenon,and then introduces the empathy design theory,and then studies the tools and methods of empathy design in the user research stage,and summarizes it into three points: empathy observation object,empathy self-expression,researcher simulation user situational archetype.Secondly,based on the theory of product service system,the necessity of using empathy design in product service system is deduced,and four key points and three tools are put forward in the research of family medicine product service system using empathy design theory.Then,the article analyzes the person,object,process and environment of the household drug product service system,and proposes to use the product service blueprint to analyze the relationship among the various elements in the system,and construct the whole service in the process of medication.Designers to accurately explore the needs of users.Finally,the design of family medicine products and mobile end application development.Based on theoretical analysis and practical case verification,this paper combines the empathy design with the service blueprint analysis method,makes a deep research on the home drug product service system and provides constructive design method on some specific details.Empathy design and product service system design method has a long-term reference value.
