Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the hydraulic system is developing in the direction of light weight,small size,and high reliability.However,a series of problems such as pressure loss,temperature rise and noise caused by the typical hole structure inside the HMB(hydraulic manifold block)have a bad influence on the reliability and life of the system.These factors lead to the fact that the HMB meets the connectivity requirements in terms of structure,but it cannot meet the requirements of system design in terms of performance.From the perspective of engineering practice,this paper proposes an automatic optimization design method for HMB based on 3D printing aiming at the bottleneck of structural and performance caused by the limitation of traditional machining capacity.According to the processing capability of complex parts and the economics of small batch production,3D printing is applied to design HMB.The hole structure of HMB was redesigned based on the pressure drop of the Fluent simulation,and the feasibility of the design method was verified by experiments.The optimized hole connectivity rule set is used as the basis for the subsequent automatic optimization design of HMB.The method of lofting is used to model the 3D printing hole,and its Interference algorithm and connectivity design is deeply studied.With the simulated annealing algorithm as the core,a heuristic algorithm based on rules is used to complete the connectivity design between holes.Finally,using Visual Studio2010 development environment,Object ARX2014 development kit and AutoCAD API technology,it develops an automatic optimization design system for 3D printing HMB based on AutoCAD.The design of the engineering example shows the workflow and the implementation of the system.Compared with the traditional machine HMB,it analyzes the advantages and features of the 3D printing HMB in the automatic design program.The paper aims to achieve the automatic optimization design of HMB that meets high performance by closely integrating with engineering practice and researching on automatic optimization algorithms and 3D printing technologies.It provides a reference for improving the performance,design level and automation of HMB.
