The Hydraulic systems are becoming miniaturization and integration.Especially in the mobile machinery and some install location which have special requirements, which require the collective of the hydraulic system should be small and the quality should be light.The soul of the hydraulic system is the hydraulic components and the hydraulic lines. The hydraulic manifold blocks use it’s internal holes to replace the lines and the external surface of layout hydraulic element. The hydraulic manifold blocks implement the hydraulic system integration and becomes the core of the integrated hydraulic system components. Because there is a strong coupling of its external component placement and internal channel design in the design. Pull one hair and move the whole body, it’s very difficult to design it.This paper has read the design method of hydraulic manifold blocks at home and abroad and found it is unintuitive and error-prone to design by human imagination space. With the aid of computer aided design for the most part is either separately from the external elements layout and internal hole layout or separately from the elements、 hole layout and check. Since between the internal holes, between the external elements, between channels and elements associated with highly. Separate design is likely to cause the later conflict with the former or to cause check failed leading to repeated changes. The integrated design method was come forward in this paper。 Connecting design by using the holes between the manifold and interconnected association between the design elements and the latter position was determined on the former and so all the channels and components were arranged。 There would be many design method because the channels and components having many arrange layout。 After all the designations done, they would be arranged in accordance with the shortest or smallest pores and other conditions for the designer choosing from to 3D display。 Finally, appropriate modifications could made according to the requirement of the designer。This paper takes Visual Basic as the programming language, For realize the automatic design of integrated block, choosed access database as storage tool and Secondary Development for SolidWorks to realize 3D display, at the end, using cfd to analysis internal flow field in different hole, studyed the Circulation Performance on Different intersecting forms hole, The results show that When the two hole at the intersection, have the minimum pressure drop under axis coincides; Two holes of different diameter connected by technological holes; The Aperture of technological holes should be equivalent to the large aperture, The two hole adjacent surfaces should not form a cross intersecting line and others conclusion.
