With the development of modern marine products, hydraulic manifold block schemes are used more and more widely in marine hydraulics circuit system, hydraulic manifold block offers many advantage including reduced connectors, size and complexity.It provides a cleaner, less vibrant and more reliable solution to difficult machine control system problems. Therefore, the hydraulic manifold block has been extensively applied to the design of the marine anchor, which be advantage to enhance stability of the hydraulic system and conserve resources. But there are still many shortages in the way of hydraulic manifold block design,after studying and absorbing the research achievement in our country and abroad, proposing the method which using the virtual design technology to solve the deficiency.The designer at the virtual design environment uses the virtual design technology to design layout, then to design the internal holes. By this means, this reduces the design work load, the difficult of the spatial imagination, the design and the corrector time, finally assists the designer with ease to complete the design of hydraulic manifold block.Design on hydraulic manifold block of marine anchor main including database design module, data entry and editing module, layout design module, integrate hole design module, virtual design module.This system adopts the object-oriented technique, in integrated development environment Visual Basic, Access database for storing tools, developments the second SolidWorks by Visual Basic, achievements the integrated block three dimensional parameter design,and explains the virtual design of the hydraulic manifold block. By using it, hydraulic manifold block design system of marine anchor is successfully developed. CFD simulating an experiment were done for the inner flow field of manifold block holes. The influence of different layout (same surface, adjacent surface, opposite surface) to holes flow performance was studied.
