It is universal demand for the typical hydraulic system to realize integration and standardization in developing integrated hydraulic system. With the complication and diversification of components, Composite Hydraulic Manifold Block (CHMB) which installed plate valves, lap valves and cartridge valves is the mainstream in the application and development of integrated hydraulic system. It has already been the hard work for designing the integrated hydraulic system because of the components diversity, structure specificity and the complexity of internal holes connection. Furthermore, most research focus on plate valve or cartridge valve manifold blocks. However, the research on CHMB which relates to mix employment of plate valve, lap valve and cartridge valve is relatively rare.Aiming to the core problem of how to attain the optimum integrated layout and connection schemes automatically, plate valve HMB and cartridge HMB Design systems were developed by Dlut hydraulic research term which based on Intelligent Optimization Algorithms and mathematical means. The optimal design of HMB is implemented automatically and efficiently, and an effective approach that implements layout and connection of HMB is provided. Current research achievements emphasizes particularly on theoretical study and mining of optimal solution.The author try to explore the effective way of shortening optimal time furthest at the base of engineering practice by appropriately loosing the diversity or range of solution. To realize the optimum integrated layout and connection schemes of CHMB, the mathematical model is given on the base of summarizing the complexity, structural features of CHMB and the rules of its design and manufacture. The study improves prior layout scheme, integrates engineering experience and optimization algorithms by man-machine interactively. On the base of analyzing the characteristic and particularity of the holes inside CHMB, the rules of checking and connection are summed up, and the optimal design of connection is implemented by using the improved line network algorithms. An opening database with enough information is built up by analyzing the property and construction of all components.Based on above researches, a composite manifold block intelligent optimization design software system is developed under MDT software by integrating the algorithms of typical parts in HMB design and using Visual C++ and ObjectARX development toolkit. In the end, a typical integrated hydraulic system is designed using the system, and the practicability and universality of this system is testified. |
